We had one of the most shocking and stressful experiences at this property.
We had booked a 3-bed room and were later convinced by the staff to upgrade to an AC room for an additional ₹600. But the moment we arrived, a staff member named KARAN suddenly insisted that we “adjust” with only 2 beds, even though several other beds in the room were clearly vacant.
When we politely asked for the space we had already paid for, his attitude turned rude and aggressive. Without any valid explanation, he cancelled our confirmed booking on the spot and ordered us to leave, claiming he would refund the amount. When we questioned this unacceptable behaviour, he began threatening us, which was extremely intimidating and unprofessional.
No guest deserves to be treated this way.
After this incident, we discovered several other negative reviews online highlighting similar issues with staff behaviour at this hostel. This only confirms that the problems here are not isolated.
Based on our experience, we strongly advise others to avoid this hostel completely. The behaviour we faced was dishonest, unsafe, and deeply unsettling. Your comfort and peace of mind should always be the priority—unfortunately, this place fails on both. Was this information helpful? |
