The Divisional Joint Registrar, City, Shri Vikas Rasal has ordered Status Quo in the matter. The DISMISSED & DISQUALIFIED Ex Secretary and Ex Chairman have filled election dispute in Honourable Co-operative Court No.IX with sole intention to linger the matter of handing over charge to the newly elected Managing Committee. In spite of NO court order or any relief by the Honourable Co-operative court, the charge is not handed over by the Administrator. The present DR seems to be helpless. Good, successful attempt, but on other hand what's the remedy when a committee members hv taken for granted they wl only be lifetime bearers and some other members not forthcoming, whilst sr. Citizen member like me questioning them, asking for certain documents bears brunt of MENTAL HARASSEMENT, this committee has poisoned all members against me..and given such letter to Registrar as reply to the COMPLAINT I SUBMITTED with proofs.
