Andhra Pradesh Police — public mikes severe disturbance from temples in early hours and police inability to control it

Address: 523225

Dear sir, this is from santhanuthalapadu, prakasam district suffering from sivalayam temple. According to the information from the website the rules of public mikes including temples are 1. Not allowed between 10 a. M. And 6: 00 p. M. This is a calm time and even small sound mikes makes severe disturbance to the sleep. 2. Out of that time allowed for limited time with limited decible sound and with the different feez structure permission is to be taken from police.
But these rules are not passed to temples and churches and not being implemented by the police. These pujaris or fathers stay behind the mike (They don't bother about the problem) and suffer surrounding people. If a mike is put towards them they also understand the problem. During karthika masam the pujari of sivalayam temple puts mike about 4: 30 a. M. To 7: 30 a. M. Sometimes even before 4: 30 a. M. With big sound four mikes facing in the same direction like in thirnala. These sounds are irritating and even annoying. If it is one day or two days we can adjust or bear. Last year we suffered about this more than 30 days and now have been suffering for the last 7 days and continues many people including me asked to reduce or putoff the sound but no use. There is a police station near it. According to them they were also suffering and said he was not listening to them. So should we suffer lack of sleep, peace and suffer with headaches all these days
I insist the police to implement the rules and regulation without adjusting or hesitating. He might say you god and bhakti, public are asking all humbak
It is only their selfish nature doing like that
It is a serious and sensitive problem to the environment and mental health of the public. Please take care of it. Not only this temple but many are suffering with other temples. But this one is a special case

Sir, Problem has not been yet resolved. Before online complaint about one week ago iPhoned to 100 about it. There was some action only the sound was reduced on the day. Next day is as usual with big sound. One of my friend who was struggling a lot this also phoned to 100. On that day problem is solved I thought and Thanks to the police we thought. But for the next day it is as usual big sounds from 4: 30 a. M..and unable to sleep. There is Sai Baba temple in our village he also put public mic about 5 a. M. People surrounding argued with him and succeeded not to put him the mic in early hours . There is chennakesava Swamy Temple with the same sound problem in early hours. A familiar person told me that he called for 100 about this problem. anyhow police have informed him and from that day only after 6 a. M. he Is putting the mic. But our Sivalayam Pujari seems stubborn candidate. Can't the police be stubborn in resolving this problem? Or shold we suffer another 30 days?
