Hi Team,
I have applied for a personal loan in May, 2022 through Andromeda(taken from axis bank) upon talking to its executive Madhav Rao(Panjqagutta, Hyderabad) as he said 0 processing fee. This guy has delayed the processing time and also have not refunded my complete amount back.They have charged 12K as processing fee but only refunded back 6K to me. When I try to call this person, he says that he will refund the balance amount every time but never does so. also, he does not lift the call from my number. Every time I call from a new number to enquire on the amount. Now, he is directly saying wrong number. I have all the proof of refund conversation we had over watsapp. If I had directly opted the loan from bank, I would have been charged only 3K, but now I lost double the amount because of this fraudster.
