I had mailed for cancellation of my sub brokership one and half month ago and the cancellation agreement that i have signed is delivered on 25 October in Angel Broking Mumbai but since now i haven't received my money. It's been a month now. At the time of purchase they said when I cancel my sub brokership i will get the money in 15-30 days but now they're saying payout will release after 6 months. This is clearly cheating. I need my money urgently that's why i cancelled my sub brokership. I want my money as soon as possible if don't get my money in next 7 working days i will raise my complaint to SEBI because Angel Broking employees not giving me proper response and they're postponing the process day by day. I request you to please solve this problem as soon as possible and please disbursed my money that i have paid as security deposit.

    Hello I naresh Kumar N80040 every time my Fund withdraw issues my whole amount not clear. Recently I withdraw my mutual fund Amount approx 21000/- but mu fund show 17754/- and I withdraw raise 10000/- but amount release only 5463/-, also I purchase stock in Rs. 6607/- and my fund in -1915, but my less balance approx 3800/- where, it not show my fund, I suffred every time this issues, pls solve my problem & do the needful.।।।।

        Angel Broking Partial Fund Transfer from Angel One to my saving bank account

        I have made a withdrawl request of INR 8300/- to Angel One on 11 Nov 2021. But, unfortunately I recd the msg from Angel One - " Dear Client, Your funds payout request from Angel One will be delayed due to technical issue. Your Bank account will be credited by EOD 12/11/21. Inconvenience is regretted. Regards - Angel One ".
        Thereafter today 13 Nov 2021 morning at 08:12 AM I got another msg from Angel One - " Dear Client S1019861, Funds...

        I have made a withdrawl request of INR 8300/- to Angel One on 11 Nov 2021.         This was shocking as Angel One has partially transfer the fund of INR2948.52/- against full withdrawl request of INR 8300/-.
        How can they partially transfer the fund in NEFT mode. This is just disgusting and non professional approach taken by Angel One.

            Sir i call angel costumer number about my simple query but that man fraud me by enrolling me to angel platinum by telling superfluous talk, he say i resolve ur query u go to email and press the button of enroll me know first, sir he fraud me
            He also say that the money is not deduct from ur account know
            He misuse my trust fot angel broking app
            Please help me sir in this regard
            Please cancel my membership and give my 5000 back

                I'm a angel broking client and have complain agust them. After 3pm about 15days ago i called to customer service no to clear some of doubts aginst open position and the answer provided by them is totally wrong due to this i got a loss of some amount but the main point is that after giving answer to my query they started manipulating me to take the angel one platinum service by saying that you r in heavy loss in today's trading session, by joining this service you will be able to gain a good profit. And so on. But only due the brand name *angel* and the statement told by them that if you don't enjoy the service you can cancel it anytime before 3 months and you will get the entire amount of ₹5000 as reversal. And thus i got convinced and take the platinum service on call as guided by them. But when i found that no, this service is not good for me as the calls are not good and also they're not giving options call while their executive told me that you will get the options call also. And just the next day i said their executive to just cancel my platinum service and return back my money as soon as possible. But now it's more than 12 days to say the same again n again to cancel my service n return my money. But nothing is happening and indirectly due to this I'm gonna losing my shares also due to low fund availablity. So please look over it as soon as possible and take a legal action against them so that they can't cheat other customers. Thank you. I have recodings as a evidence but I'm not able to submit it here as there is only option to add photos n videos

                  I have accidentally enrolled for platinum membership on 29 october 2021. I am a beginner in share market and i have no idea about trading account or demet account. I was learning to run my account and accidentally took a platinum membership. Or i did not know that platinum membership would be charged from my trading account.                       Dear Sir/ Mam

                      My self Rathod Hardiksinh. I am writing this mail for your attention on my problem that I had faced from around last 40 - 45 Days And I had already complained about it to coustmer care,
                      Team but till date I don't receive my Refferal reward.

                      On 29 August I had refferal Account to my cousin. D269352 it is the User id of his Account, account was successfully created,
                      But till date I don't receive my refferal Reward.
                      And there for I had written 13-15 mail, called to coustmer care executive around 10 times But all times from your side i had only get one Answer that " please wait for 48 hours " it already about 72 - 96 hours of Your last mail,
                      And still I don't receive any Answer from your side. So what i do now.?

                      Why your company give fake offers to customers that they will get Reward per successfull Refferal but fact is that I don't receive my reward . I hope that I am writing this complain mail for last time, And also hope that I get Your Reply/ Answer as soon as possible.

                          I am unable to withdraw funds from last one month. Raise multiple request with Angel support and everytime they ensure it will be resolved in 2 days but issue still persist. I have provided the cancelled cheque copy as well 5- 6 times. Please help.

                                  Dear Sir/Madam

                                  This is to inform you that your contract note and my trading screen shots image attached below, never tallys or synchronize of yesterday trading that is 14/10/2021. Every time your contradiction contract note and trading app gives loss to the customer. yesterday my total gain was Rs.6286/ credited amount is only 1700/-

                                  Finally I am not happy with your services and experienced as an unprofessional, please whatever balance money after deduction of your brokerage and tax, please revert back the money to my Demat Account, else I may take business legal action against your brokerage company and forward the issue to seby.
                                  two months back withdrawal held the partial Rs 1400/- still neither sent to my bank account nor reverted back to the demat account.

                                    CLIENT ID IS S916670.I had placed a withdrawal request of Rs. 350000 on 12/10/2021 at 22:54 HOURS(NEFT[protected]). The amount has still not been credited to my bank account. It's 14th OCTOBER 2021, 10:36 am now and the amount has still not been credited to my account. This is ridiculous. They have already delayed the payout two times since yesterday stating that there are technical issues. This is my hard earned money.
