i want to reopen my account with angel broking which i had closed my mailing to angel broking which an advisor suggested me for his personal gain, he made me close my account and asked to open a new one with his Code and i am unable to open. please reactivate or reopen my account . thank you

      Dear sir / madam,
      Kindely check the statment of Id- ar192551.
      From my account 17 may 2021 transaction
      Rs- 20435 and Rs-96500 I'd shown as a withdrawal . But I didn't put any requiest to withdrawal the amount. Plz can le this transaction. Amount is diduction from my dmat account. Plz find out .

          I have raised a request for rtgs update from 15 days and I have sent cancelled cheque thrice and there is no response till now and all your representatives have not given proper resolution for this. I have called your representatives more than 50 times and m totally fed up

            I am not able to withdraw the amount as the withdrawal balance is showing zero. All their representatives give the worst service. I am really fed up with your service. I have called more than 50 times and they say rtgs is not updated and I have sent a cancelled cheque and they told it will get updated in 48 hours but it’s been more than 1 week and nothing is done.

                Futures and segment activation

                I recently opened account with Angel broking on 02/5/2021 and later requested for Futures and options segment activation. They approved it but I'm not able to place the order. I sent multiple mails and called customer support and they are telling we changed the settings and will be resolved. It's almost 72 hours ..still I'm facing the error. I'm not getting proper response from their support. They won't follow upon...

                  In my angel broking demat account, I got a message of deducting money for ARQ subscription charges. But normally It charged for around 200Rs. However Rs 1829 has been deducted for the above mention reason.
                  Please refund the money as soon possible.
                  My issue has not resolved yet.

                      Dear sir/ma"am

                      My client code is k250929 name Kavita pareek I just Opened my account with angel broking on Wednesday. Today is Thursday and I am unable to trade . This is a very painful.I opened my account with a hope and trust.If i was known that this is going to happen I will never open my account with such type of rubbish application.

                      When i was called to customer care he told me for a departmental call back but they are not arranging any departmental call back till now. This is how they treat their customers

                      I don't want to waste my time anymore .So i decided to close my acbecause your customer care services are very much worse.

                        App not login in during active trading hours - Getting request time out error - No response from customer service.

                        This app login issue is happening for multiple times during the active hours. From customer side we are not able to reach them in phone and for emails there is no response.

                        Very poor service by Angel broking these days. I regret using their service

                            On 15 april, Mr bhavin shah from angel broking asked me for account handling and asked me to add 1 lakh rs. I then added 35k only as it was only available.

                            Later he asked me my account details.

                            And asked me not to login uptil trade day ends.

                            I called the person who had opened my account to confirm whether this man bhavin can be trusted. She confirmed that he is from our office only.

                            Later in mid day around 11am he asked me to add more amount for some trade.

                            I borrowed and added 12k.

                            I am a Doctor by profession & work for covid hosp in chembur, mumbai.

                            When i checked my account after 3.30pm.

                            I was in 36000 loss.

                            Later bhavin gave me a no of the broker called Rishab . & bhavin refused to speak to me. I called rishab he said, sir login issue hogaya tha nahi toh sb theek tha ap profit me the.

                            I said a loss of 36000 over investment of 47000 is a lot of loss i said.

                            Later he said to recover the loss add more 50000 rs so that i can recover ur account. This man rishab is shameless.

                            And this does not end here.

                            Next morning i came to know that a brokerage amounting to 35000 was also deducted frm my account. Which means an investment of 47000 costed me loss of 70000.

                            And brokerage was earned by angel broking, mr . Rishab cont no.[protected] & bhavin [protected].

                            They hv cheated me, in this pandemic knowing that i am a covid doctor they can cheat me that shows how big fraudsters they are.

                              Client Is MYVR608

                              Hi, Angle broking has put charges of 16000 on my acct on a single day. Initially I was told that transactions charges are 20rs per lot.

                              When I requested to reverse the charges, their customer care advised to pay the debit and said else I'll have to face the action.

                              I am in no position to pay further charges. Please help

                                Today we are trading Bank Nifty Buy 15 Mar Pe 31600 buy shares one time 14lots but not book so same time again book 12 lots same bank Nifty that time my prices is go 4-5 Point so We are trying Exit and profit book but not taken my request and angel broking Customer Service all person not react and Always my call disconnected, that time Angel booking application is not working,

                                Now again open app between 1-1.30 hrs after full loss.again open application at 3.10pm that time my profit is total loss around 18500 rupess Kindly request you refund my loss amount.

                                Because my internet is high speed only issue is angel broking app is issue.after customer though message is received - really sorry same application server issue.this is not good.
                                I'm not happy for angel broking services.

                                    I have opened my new trading account in Angel Broking App on 07.04.2021. And I have added 20k amount of fund in this account. But from the next day I can't log in to the account. It's showing that "user is blocked for trading".They asked me to mail with the screenshot of the error and I have already done it on 08.04.2021 and they told me that the problem will be resolved within 48 hours. But till now, the error is exist.I want my money returned.

                                    Yesterday I opened my new account with angel broking and today it's showing that 'USER IS BLOCKED ' I called customer care but he told me for a departmental call back, they are not arranging any departmental call back till now.
                                    Can you please solve my problem now or I have to wait for years...

                                      I am shailendra nagar my register no. Is [protected]. My client id is s144686. This guys are so irresponsible with client. I am calling them since morning i talk to more then 5 people but everyone giving me diffident resolution every time. 3 persons tolled me our senior will call you but still no call came to me from angel broking. This guys are playing with client margin without his permission. I have given a payout request of rs 8000 on[protected] at 3:31 pm. They partially approve it. And 5800 rs is still showing pending and this guys has change my request time also from 3:31 to 5pm also. While according to angel rules it should be approve in morning before market opening.. Plz check and do need full actions against them. Last time i talk to miss aarti vishwakarma she was only teaching me manners she was not solving my problem.
