Angel broking has their scheme, if you refer a friend then you will get a voucher worth 500 rs. I have referred my two friends and opened their account through a broker and he assured me of getting vouchers but it has been three months now I didn't get even a single voucher . I have talked to my broker about not getting a voucher but he didn't take any action just told me he mailed my details but still my issue is not solved.

I have been using Angel platinum service since last 4 months but it doesn't provide any useful recommendations pertaining trade . So I have touched with my relationship manager but he didn't resolve my problem.. Now I want my 5000 back and
want to deactivate the service .

They leaked my personal details and provided that details to many firms in M.P., firm people were calling frequently. I got frustrated. To avoid that calls I had decided not to use my important contact number. I forgot my login password for more than 2 months and requesting to reset the password using their system and the same not getting on email. I tried talking to support again and again. All the time they gave me a false commitment that I will receive a password within 24 hours but not yet received. After that, I have decided to shift all my stocks to some other service company and requested for DIS but they are not sending it and not giving an update to me about it.

Sir i want to deactivate my angel platinum service. I enrolled it today (22/10/2020) Reason that your executive call me and said that a mail from angel broking is send to your reg. Mail id. I think that some official formalities have to done so he call me. That clicking on enrollment, some questions show to me and your executive tell me their answers. I do as he said after he said submit it. When i submit he said that your angel. Platinum service has been activated and you have to pay rs. 5000. I said that i don't want to any kind of service and you close this service and don't debit any charges from my account. He said we can not do this. We will call you our next working day. So sir i intimate you that i don't want this service and i don't take any avail of this service. So i hope you don't debit any charges from my account and stop this service as soon as possible.

Hi,
Angel deducted charges stating DP settlement.
But as per Google, DP will be charged incase of selling but we haven't sold shares.
We did soo many followup by mails + escalated with compliant & compliance email id + contacted many times via phone to call center still we did not get any response.

Please let us know how to recover, ?

Why nobody from Angel is responding & providing the explanation ?
It seems they simply dont care for customers such a pathetic service.

my self Mohit taneja i have created angel demat account. account is created mobile app working web page working but the desktop version angel speedpro not getting log in . i have talk to customer care but they don't resolve my problem

I opened demat and trading account in angel broking.i started trade on 21sep 2020.according to contract note my loss is 2229.83.but they deducted all credited amount 7347.83 from my account.i tried to contact from angel broking.but I didn't received money. I have all contract notes of my trades.plz help me

I have used Angel Broking ( Broker app ) for trading. Usually if we buy any commodity scripts in intraday position, it will square off automtically 15 minutes 11.15PM IST before market closure time ( 11.30 PM )

But on my case, app doesnt allow me to exit from market and it doesnt square off automatically . I even observed it shows as open position after market hours as well.

Because of this i have lost around 15K from my account. They are cheating all customers by this app . I belive many customers lost amount due to this technical issue with their app. ( I have attached screenshot for your reference)

and blocked amount rs 59, 976 in pnb [protected] on 24.09.2020
alloted 49 shares but surprised to see my account that value of 49 shares i.e 14, 994 was not taken from my blocked amount, debited directly my saving account. I requested many times on customer care call centre, no proper call attended, but rs 59, 976 is blocked till date.

Dear sir/mam,

I have activated the angel platinum service unknowingly, i was asked to fill the survey form received through email but after filling that form next day rs 5000 were deducted from my account and i was shocked to see that. You are requested to cancel that service as i don't need it because i would do trading by myself, don't want any tips. Kindly arrange a complete refund of rs 5000 in my funds urgently. I am a regular trader on your angel broking account and found this mobile application as excellent. But kindly cancel this angel platinum service.

They tricked me for platinum subscription today on 5th October 2020. Someone called from their team and asked me to fill the form
I was not aware i would get the subscription

On date september 30th i had booked profit of 27790/- but during settlement the angel broking app is showing me a loss of 6372/- loss. i had taken necessary screenshots.

As per the attached screenshot named "angel-report" sent from angel broking, kindly find the below calculation.

I am sub broker of angel broking they took my all deposit and find me lost of charges and now they cancelled my broker code without my permission they also took charges for canceling code want my all money back

Its been 15 days since ive opened an account in angel broking, still have'nt recieved my login details all it shows is sucessfully completed we will provide login details to your registered mobile no and email.no response till now

I've recently started trading. I've bought a few stocks it's been around 1week. I was unable to sell my stocks. I've followed official procedure said in angel broking youtube channel to sell stocks but it not working for me. Please help me.

Today i have done buy and sell transactions. But at the end of the day my account is showing more outsranding than actual.

Cannot log in angel broking app after reactivated angel broking commodity segment trading account (Clientcode:j20787). So many times i posted this matter them through technical support. The answer

My user id is diyd 85434. I subscribed for their platinum advisory services on they said they will appoint a advisory manager who will advise me what to buy or sell. They have kept boys to trap customers and then these boys disappear, there is no trace of them, they don't attend your phone calls. Then in couple of hours you get a whatsapp message with 10 company names selected randomly from bse 30 or nse 50 saying buy, there are no fundamental or technical advises on these companies, for this they charged me rs.5000/-pa. I have asked many times for the refund, but they didn't returned yet the subscription amount paid by me since i am not satisfied with the platinum advisory service. I will keep you informed. There my refund my accounts pls
