I want to cancel my platinum membership, at the time of membership agent told be he'll give me intraday calls and there will be lot of good suggestions in this package, but i didn't received anything and he said if you are not satisfied with the service you can get full refund within 3 months. I request you to cancel my membership and refund my money.

    I was having continuous phone call from angel broking services to my enrolled mobile number for platinum service and i enrolled for angel platinum service on 06/09/2020 as they assured they will provide good quality research advise but i didn't receive any research advise and only wrong market strategy cancel my platinum membership and refund my 5000₹ back i am not satisfied with your service...

      Hi, my account has been suspended without prior notice. Account id V144353. Kindly re-activate the account as soon as possible. Actually this should not be suspended as i have active ipo shares in it. I am not able to access the same. The account was suspended on 11-sep-2020. This is critical as there are active ipo shares which are allocated in this account. There was no response from the broker even after calling multiple times.

      I have sent an email for closing the account. This was told to me by the customer care rm of angel broking, that in order to close an account, i need to send an email, so they will be sending a closure form which i need to submit to the nearby angel broking office. But, in this case the account was immediately inactivated without any further intimation that too with an active ipo shares. There is no response to the email by the support team on the resolution of the same. I would request the angel broking support team to revert back immediately

            I have accidentally enrolled for platinum membership on 5 september. 2020. I am a beginner in the share market and i have no idea about trading account or demet account. I was learning to run my account and accidentally took a platinum membership. Or i did not know that platinum membership would be charged from my trading account. Please deactivate my platinum membership and refund my money, please.

              I got a offer in reward and offer section for free trial of arq prime when i click it for avil free 30 days subscription (For referal activities).
              Then i checked ₹1829.00 debited from my ledger balance. (But generally 30days subscription price is ₹149/199)
              Then i have got this mail, clearly mentioned that fees (Inclusive gst =0)
              I have also check the membership details, their also so that member ship fees is zero (Screen shot attached).

              Please refund my money as soon as possible

                I am not able to use desktop application speed pro.

                I am angel user since 4 years till now no issue. But from last 20 days i am not able to log in my speed pro. I can log in through mobile n web. But not through desktop application.. many mail done but only reply i get is
                "Please note that we will be soon discontinuing Speed Pro as our desktop based application due to which you are unable to access the same. We are working on the new desktop application and will share you the EXE link...

                I took i trade plan for rs 5000 as advised by customer support person (siddappa) and he assured that if you dont like the service the amount will be refunded within two months. i tried the plan less than a month, there is no proper service from angel and no advised regarding trading and deducting more amount than what i trade initially it was said the trade is free, i do not like the service and dont want to continue platinum service so deactivate platinum service and refund my amount 5000 Rs.my id is DIYD43651

                      Kamlesh (On 30 july) and gaurav on (31 july)
                      Referral reward for 31 july is received but for 30 july not received and i am registering complaint continuously from 31st july but no one is helping

                        I have sent email to [protected]@angelbroking.com 4 days ago for my account closure. Called 10 times customer care. Nobody is doing anything about it.
                        For account opening, people will come to our house but when someone is asking for proper support you dont have enough people to cater to those problems. Great excuse for not doing you job.

                          I have joined angel broking thru a sub broker named davinder sharma, i was charged huge amount as brokerage charges and when i informed angel broking team they are ignoring my mail by saying contact your sub-broker . They giving all rights to sub brokers only ... They have no control over account. Investing money in angel broking is not safe. I have withdraw all money from angel.

I sent a mail to team regarding deactivating my account and after few days i recived mail that my account has been deactivated but after successfull deletion of account i am still reciving unwanted mails and messages that are harming me .

                                Angel broking sold my shares without my consent. Due to which i had to face loss of more than 16000.

                                After they sold it the share went up again and i could have avoided my losses.
                                I tried to call them no body picked my calls. Then i dropped them emails also but that is also of no help.

                                    I am a beginner in trading/investing even though I had enrolled in Angel Broking more than a year ago. The fact that I am a beginner can be judged by the amount of trading/investing that I have done over the last 1 year.

                                    Recently I developed an interest in trading stocks.
                                    I received a call from Angel Broking marketing representative Mr. Rajesh (mob. no. [protected]) on 30th-Jul-20 who suggested to enroll for the Angel Platinum Services (for Delivery, Intraday, F&O) as it would benefit me more. I said I was interested in the Intraday and F&O services only and he assured me the same after which I enrolled for the Angel Platinum Services after making the payment of Rs. 5000/- (annual) on 31st-Jul-20. I was told that I would be receiving introductory calls from my fund managers (for Delivery, Intraday as well as F&O services)
                                    I did receive a call from fund manager Mr. Anil Srivastava on 31st-Jul-20, but to my surprise, he said that he was meant for only Delivery services and not intraday services.
                                    I re-checked with Mr. Rajesh and he assured that I would receive introductory call from a fund manager for Intraday and F&O services also but that did not happen. I called on their helpline number[protected] to check whether Intraday and F&O services are actually being offered under Angel Platinum scheme and they denied it.
                                    Then I tried to call Mr. Rajesh to tell him as to how could he offer these 2 services when they were not part of the Angel Platinum services but he repeatedly kept assuring that he would provide me the services.
                                    But I had my doubts and so mailed my concern to [protected]@ angebroking.com on 3rd-Aug-20 requesting for withdrawal of the services and return of the amount of Rs. 5000. An incident number was raised by them against this request[protected] and was assured return of the money in 48 hrs but even till today (12th-Aug-20) I am yet to receive. I have also made several calls asking for the money but no action for them.
                                    I have also written another mail on 10th-Aug but they simply auto-replied with another incident number.

                                    Pls help

I requested him to open my account on provisional basis but they do not did soo... No support was provided regarding trading and all... No training provided to me... No one was picking my calls...
