A/c a129928 maine 29 october ko stock sip kya tha daily basis par. Baad main uss stock sip ko 12 november ko cansel kar diya but mera fund mujhe trade ke liye available nhi karaya jaa rha hai. Knowledge to staff are very poor. Always give false information. They are escaping stating it is software problem. Not correcting their technical issues and giving much troubles to the clients. Customer care and complaints are waste. They will reply to complainants without going to the contentsof complaint. We cannot believe the broking house and cdsl services. All are eye wash only..

    A/c c22505 mismatch of actual dmat holdings and holdings in report. Knowledge to staff are very poor. Always give false information. They are escaping stating it is software problem. Not correcting their technical issues and giving much troubles to the clients. Customer care and complaints are waste. They will reply to complainants without going to the contentsof complaint. We cannot believe the broking house and cdsl services. All are eye wash only.

    still I received partly holdings Mutual fund holdings statement only. No one is responding to my calls and reminders. poor service. Mutual fund holdings disappearing in my reports.

      I have joined angel broking pvt ltd as on 9feb 2018 in vaishali branch and there i worked for 6 months and on 12 july 2018 and i have resigned from the company. I have also mailed their 3 times and they have not given me single reply to my mail

      I already have completed my exit clearance process with the company on the day but i did not receive my relieving letter till date.

      I have joined angel broking pvt ltd as executive operations on 11/12/2012 in Erode branch and there i worked for 6 months and on 11/06/2013 and i have resigned from the company. I have also mailed their 5 times and they have not given me single reply to my mail

      I already have completed my exit clearance process with the company and they had confirmed my separation on the day but i did not receive my relieving letter till date.

        I opened a demat account some time back and was assigned a rm (Rohan vinayak gupte) who is a dumb and does not know any thing. Then i spoke to nitin from the rm department few days back about changing rm because every time i spoke to rohan, he speak #. He doesn't even know what is e blabbering. I am asking something he will tell something else. So i asked for a manager or supervisor to speak with. And this nitin came on call and mentioned he is the manager/supervisor. I told him to change my rm to some one else because of the above reason, and he said will get that done by the end of the day. And now its been more then a week and that has not been done. So today i call them to inquire about the same and something interesting happened. I spoke to dimple and asked about the change status and she said the change has not been done. So i asked can i talk to the supervisor nitin. Then she said nitin is not a supervision but he just a agent like she is.

        This is absolutely not professional. An agent comes on call and address himself as supervisor. Just lying and trying to finish the call just like that. This should be dealt seriously.

          Your sales person told me my brokerage will be 0.007% and currently, angel broking is charging me 0.0128%, I told him several times but he didn't done anything and told me I will do the same.He also asked me that your excess brokerage will be settled in cash.Now he is not receiveing my phone.

            Why are u running this broking house when u r not able to give services to the clients.

            My password got automatically changed.

            Sometime i have tried to login then it shows invalid user id password.

            & today its a hieght of tollerance, i was trying since morning to reset my password due to same issue that was faced by me last time, i have tried 20 times to reset my password & the same i have not get yet.

            Called cust care she metioned that u will get the password within 10 minutes, but the same i have not get yet,

            Again i had made a call to cust care ask the reason about this but there was no satisfied reply from them,

            Dont know that the national level company doing this kind of nonsence with clients.

            Who is going to bear the loss of mine.

            & the trades which i want to do today
            Who is going to bear all this.

            Short it out else i ll escalate the same to upper authority.

              I had a commodity account and i got calls from them to start trading again. When i decided to restart and asked them to reduce the commission.. The employee swati singh told will get back since then i followed up with her multiple times and she only sd will get back post talking to her boss. Today she was rude and told me that it's not possible in an unprofessional way. She could have told me earlier or they would not have called me promising the word.

                Please don't open angel broking account. My dear friends because they charged too much of brockarage rates from customers. For 1 lakh 20 thousand (1, 20000) they charged brokerage nearly 4000/- please check the attached document for the reference. And they also scolding money when we deposit to that worst account. Please avoid angel broking. Please use upstox. It is better than others.

                This is worst broking service. Don't use this as trading account they definitely cheated you in brokage. For 20 orders they charged 9000. 💯 fraud. Don't trust it.

                  The above msg is sent to me on 8th oct. But the amount is not received till now.. I request u to solve the problems as soon as possible. Or provide me the transaction id.
                  The said amount has been deducted from my angel ledger balance. Now i cant be able to do any trade.

                    I had bought vedant ltd stocks in intraday for rs 217, rs 222.5 and i aslo bought 10 shares of the same company as delivery (2 shares at a price of 200 and 8 shares for a price of 203.5). However, in the contract note brokerage for delivery share has been applied on the shares which i had bought in intraday. To simplfy things, brokarage for delivery should have been applied on the shares which i had bought for rs 200 and rs 203.5 instead for the shrares (rs222.5 & rs 217)which i had bought within intraday. I need clearification on this i have alao taken the screenshots. By doing this you are getting more brokerage through me and i am loosing my money

                      The security holdings are shown incorrectly.

                      As per the quarterly report etf i hold for below mentioned isin apart from other equity holdings.

                      Isin = inf733i01010, security code = 533891, quantity holding : 1

                      Isin = inf732e01102, security code : 590095, holding : 12

                      The isin inf733i01010 has been transferred by the holding company into isin inf732e01102.

                      After transfer the holding quantity of the isin - inf732e01102 should have been 13, it is still showing quantity 12 and the original isin - inf733i01010 is still shown as holding quantity 1.

                      Following up on the issue since may, however there is no correct response has been provided, the support helpline also keeps passing the phone to new extensions. No call backs after promising for the call back. Such an irresponsible behavior. Multiple reminders sent however no response received.

                        I am bijon roy my mobile no is [protected] have completed all the process to open a trading account to your company on 23 sep 2018 at 7.40am online but still now i do not received any id or password. I have calling your representative mr aniket who help me to open the account several times at yesterday even talked with mr amit but the y always told me that only 30 minuyes required to received the id.

                        Today nearabout 11.30am mr aniket fwd me tell me that my id is diyd13198 but it will be show invalid after tried to login from my side. I think this id is a fake which was told by mr aniket dutta.

                        So i request you to kindly help me to send the id and password and others fake matter.

                          My i'd is s223112. Recently i opened my account with angel broking. But without any info my account was suspended.
                          I called angel broking many times but there was no good support.

                          Every time they create service request, route the call to others and hung up. Can someone please help me resolving the issue. I have 10k in account. I want my money back.

                            I have asked to open demat account, there executive given some use less plan and now not answering my calls. Please help.
                            Executive name: akash mishra ([protected]) and awadhesh pandey ([protected])
                            They told me to provide high level calls and assured return after investing. After that forcefully sell the policy against given promise. After next day of registration there behavior suddenly change. When i called to rm they were busy and not picking the calls. No one responding me and listening at angel i have lost my money due to make believe of angel broking.

                              I have opened new account on last month back but still account was not activated due to my poa document not received at angel broking office. I am continuously followed for this and send to mumbai office but after reaching my doc the people from angel broking are telling that the doc to be send to hyderabad office which is near to my location, the angel broking have completed one month for this drama. And i have requisted them to close my account if it is getting so much delay. And they have closed my account within 12hrs. No problem for this but they have taken charges of 699 for open the account.. I don't know they will return the same or not..

                                  I tried to open demat account online but it could not be opened as my aadahar is not registered with my current mobile number so authentication through otp could not be completed. The payment of 699 was made on 05/09/2018. From 6/9/18 i have registered complaint but neither mumbai team nor local surat team is helping me complete the process. The local surat team is forcing me to get 699 refunded and open the account with 25000 cheque in another scheme. To that also i agreed however they have neither been able to refund money and consequently not able to open the account for the last 9days. They are not at all willing to open the account with 699 fees as they have target of opening the account with 25000 cheque. The mumbai team have also taken all my details but not opening the account. It's harassment for last 9days. More than the fees paid this is an harassment and waste of time for me. I am ready to open the account in whichever way it's possible but no conclusive thing is being done. I have all the details of transaction and the exexuy whom i am touch with. I have documented everything. Please contact me and get all the details and address my issue.

                                      While trying to open new account online with angel broking i paid rs 699 of which txn no was[protected]igaeftvrk6 on 27 aug 18 but account couldn't open as aadhar recognition failed.
                                      However an angel's executive called me to support but he said that minimum ac balance below 25000 is not acceptable to him. And he will not support in account opening
                                      So please refund my 699 or open a new account

                                        On 31st aug'18 i had processed a payment of rs. 25000/- towards account opening with angel broking. Due to some technical error same was not reflecting in your account, as conveyed by the person who was assisting me thru this process (Your executive sumit sen). I shared amount debited message, my account screenshot and email conformation of my bank as well. Later i was asked to share my aadhar n pan copy along with video confirming im dhananjay chandrapal. Even that is provided from my end.
                                        Its been 4 day now, ur executive is not picking my call nor there is any sign of account opening.
                                        Have attached details related to same.
                                        Plz look into my query on priority.
