Angel Broking's maketing person opened an account subscription sceme based (Rs. 10000/-). Whie opening an account, it was neve told that, The entire aount I have to utlize otherwie it will be lapsed. During the entire year, I utlised only Rs 426/-. Now they are telling entire remaining amount is lapsed and it will not be refunded.

    If you open demat account or become a Sub broker, ask your RM or BDO to share their escalation level and take written over mail about your queries from them and also take a cross check with BM, BH or complaince manager. This is your right to know about your charges and whether your proposal words are as per company policy or not. Make them documented proof, otherwise they will not take much time to change their words and they say you have some misconcept about us.

    Hi Team,

    This is regarding my 2futures contract which expired on 26/08 mentioned below.

    HDFCAMC- 200shares
    Powergrid-5333shares

    I connected with Angel broking since 26-08 atleast five times.
    I have asked customer care multiple times that future contract which expired for me will convert into physics deliveries or cash, every time they answered me that this will be settled in cash by Monday, and you will get money in fund. I have recording at my end for this.
    No one mentioned any shortfall of money of any physical deliveries of shares.
    Now yesterday I checked ledger that these are going to be converting into physical deliveries and there is shortfall.
    Still no message or mail from Angel broking.
    Is this services provided by angel broking. I would have added money in between these days if proper information has been given.
    This is really frustrating to see broker not given any notification related to contracts getting expired on 26/08, No noftication or call regarding money I need to add or when a customer is calling they are providing wrong info
    Who is responsible for this? Why a client can only be responsible if broker can't provide proper information then why broker is there in between?

S. Randive - Account Group 68) to unhone bataya feb-2012 end tak ho jayega aur baad me main regular follow up leta hoon lekin ab tak koi bhi positive reply nahi mil raha hai bas wahan se ek hi answer milta hai is mahine ho jayega jinko bhi 3 months jyada ho chuka lekin abhi tak kuchh nahi ho paya hai.                 I have opened the account with angel broking ac no. MYVR 2310
                the vary next day i received the call as buy USD 53.6500 and Mr. Ankit placed a order of 100 lots and booked the profit of 3000 Rs. out which a brokerage of 1400 was charged.
                The major problem with angel broking software is this if you have placed the order on phone then you can not see on the software and many a time you will not be able to contact on phone to modify the order dueto its bussiness with other client.
                the next day he gave me the buy call o[censored]SD @ 54.1300 and Mr. Ankit placed the order for 100 lots and even after the instructions to have stop loss of 54.0700 he did not put it in system and the market was cracked in seconds and the same time the phone of Mr. ankit was Bussy.When i make contact with him the loss of 11 paise ie. Rs.11000 plus Rs.1400 brokerage=12400Rs. was over.
                The other case is of their comodity R.M. mr. Sandeep and Ajay who gave me fake calls and amde me the loss of 40000.
                The other case is of Mr. Bison equity adviser who gave me fake calls and caused me a loss of Rs. 3700 Rs.
                My advise is That never go With angel Broking on the veiw of of low brokerage.
                Even if you are going with angel broking then never listen the calls of their advisers.

                  I had an a/c with Angel Broking - NOIDA1794, but due to poor service I requested them to close the a/c and credit the amount in my bank a/c. I have received only Rs. 1900 from the total amount of Rs. 3400. The company told me that the closure form sent by me was not correct so I have to send it again. I sent the form to Noida, sec 18 branch and the concerned person told me that me form has been forwarded for closure and I shall get the amount latest by Apr 28. But since Apr 26, the co. is not answering to my mails nor answering my calls.

                  I am now very frustrated and now thinking of taking a legal action as no one in the company is ready to listen.

                    I have opened my Wife Account Angel Brooking Naharu Palace Branch Client Code - NEHR4272.
                    With 25000/- around 2 week ago. Last week was 30000 was in my account. I received call from Pardeep Head of Currency department in Motinager Branch that sir we will give you right call and you can earn good money. I inform him that I don’t know anything about currency trading so please don’t push me. He tell that we will buy for you and sell you just need to say yes or no on phone. I said ok np then . Varun call me ([protected])from Motinager Branch and give me 800/- rupees profit.
                    Actual picture start from last week. They call me in morning and tell today call is this and giving me 4000/- to 5000 loss every day and when I spoke to Pardeep (Currency Head ) of Delhi division Angel Brooking Limited he told that sir we will recover your loss today and today. Now I have 10000 in my Account I think. So all fake call and I lost my 20k and Angel Brooking so you can understand that how good and professional they are. In Currency all have 0 knowledge Varun, Ankit and Pardeep also so please keep away from these Guys

                    I send feedback mail to angel Brooking but no acknowledgement till now . I will widraw 10000- and close my account from angel Broaking . Please don’t go with angel Brooking they will play with your money and end of the day you will not get anything only Loss.

                      I sold Coal india and Reliance shares through Angel Broking, Though I had shares in my Dp account they were not transfered by Angel to meet the stock exchange pay out date. Therefore the trade went into Auction without any fault of mine.. Now they are debiting the same DP account and selling shares to recover the money.. No one in Angel @Branch, @ customer care or contact us email is replying to my mails... There is no escalation process on the website... Can someone provide me with escalation process of Angel

                        I have applied for PF settlement in June 2011, and company has done the process & submitted to PF offie at Bandra, Mumbai Location on 17/10/2011 to settle the claim. The claim is still not settled I have personaly visited to in january month at PF office Bandra. I found that claim settlemnt will take time one month more to settle & credit to account.

                          My name is Yaseen Yadwad worked for Angel Broking Ltd, Kolhapur Branch, I had applied for my provident fund in february 2011, even after a year passed I diddn't received my PF amount, and I have also mailed to [protected]@epfindia.gov.in and ro.[protected]@epfindia.gov.in several times but didn't received any positive reply from them.

                          When i check my PF status from their site it always shows as your query is under process, where my PF application is processing from[protected] but still I am not able to know the actual status of my PF..

                            Sr. Relationship Manager of ANgel Broking - Mr. Santosh Krishna V has done a mis-selling of one of the products of BSLI - Vision Plan (35 years). He told me that we can stop paying premium after 5 years but we still get the insurance benefits of the plan, wherein the sum assured would be reduced proportionally but will not make a big difference. The only diff will be that the regular bonus additions will stop. However, i recently discovered from the Customer Care of BSLI that if we stop paying premium after three years, the sum assured would be reduced to the premuim amount only.
                            And also came to know that if i stop after 1st year itself, i wont get any refund. Now because of this mis-selling, i am losing on my premium amount of more than Rs.16,000/- if i stop now (after the 1st premium).

                            Please help me in this regard as i may lose my faith in Insurance products & the stakeholders of this industry.

                              hi, sir my debit account is in Angel broking Ltd. in Ahmadabad ,Gujarat at Shaibaugh Branch. my ac no is G21518. the employee of angel broking traded in my account without my permission. November they traded in my account and loss is approximately 25000. and in December month they traded in my account without my permission and loss is 5000. after i complaint to branch manager against this cheating then they said i will solve this problem and i will credit in your account. but still now my account did not credit. i also called them many time but they are not giving me proper response. so please sir take an action against angel broking limited.

                                at 11o clock i went to banjarahills branch ( angel broking ) i told mr. ravi to buy 1500 shares of dish tv ... 63.. at that rate was going around 64 ,, he told tat he will buy ... he also wrote in his book .. rate came. and he given commitment tat 100% he will buy ... i asked him tat i should call him again .. he told no ... after going home i sold shares @ 3.30 ... at tat he saying tat he hv not buyed shares ... in case he have not buyed ... his responsibility to call me and say tat he hav not buyed ... at last moment he saying buy in off market at 3.50 - 4pm ... and tat taime i hav not got any seller on tat day ... so all shares gone in aution ...

                                im not agree with you feedback answer ... full problem create by ur dealer ... mr ravi .. i request you to take action about this matter or else i hv 2 take legal action about this ... if he cant buy shares .. y he give face 2 face commitment .. when i asked him tat should i call him back ... he told no nd then he forgot 2 buy shares ... y he given wrong commitment i want answer ... with respect i request once again to refund my loss of 14000+ intrest ... or else i hv 2 take legal action about this matter ... already many time angel did fraud ... at tat time i hv not told any thing bcause of kindness ... now its last warning also ...

                                  This is Ayush Tibrewal having Demat A/c with Angel Broking Limited having Client ID NOD005. At the time of opening the account I was told that no Opening charges for the same for first year will be charged but the company has charged the account opening charges.

                                  Before the opening of account I got the same fact committed by Mr Rakesh Mohan(Unit Manager) Mayur Vihar Branch under his sign and under stamp of the company.

                                  I have provided the same for your perusal.

                                  Kindly look into the matter at the earliest and guide me.
