I have switched my numbers from Vi to Airtel in July 2021. At time time and since then, I have sent them my PAN card and GST Registration certificate number of times on their email address [protected]@in.airtel.com and nodalofficer.[protected]@in.airtel.com. But I got only automated reply messages. Upon calling number of times, they simply asked for 48 hours time every time, but never acted. I think they collect GST money from consumers and they do not pay to the Government. Their monthly bill still does not reflect my GST number. Hope GST authorities are also informed and investigation is initiated for this gross consumer misconduct and negligence. Was this information helpful? |
