They make you sign a bond for 2 years and grab all your 10th, 12th, Diploma, Degree certificates. No matter whatever the reason you want it, it won't be returned unless 2 years are completed. But if your performance is little less they'll suddenly terminate you with no strong reasons.
They prey for someone whose life is difficult and recruit them for less than 50% of market salary.
Appraisals are very less or not even given for the deserved hard working employees. You work like a slave.
They never train anybody but show you as a trainee for a whole 2 years!
Lots of politics in Angler Technologies by project leaders and by the management.
There is dictatorship throughout the company. You are asked to work whichever time company asks you to come even though you work for 6 days per week and more than 9 hours per day. You may even made to work in night shifts with no allowances.
Many employees abscond from Angler Technologies. In just 3 months 5 employees broke the bond because of their torture. They all complain to police and take legal actions to get their original certificates.
Serve 2 year bond + 45 days notice period + wait more 3 months to get experience certificate.

more than 5 yr exp employees also ran away from this angler fraud company.
outgoing employees are not treated well. a senior hr with eight yr exp. in dis company also sent away without respecting him. no final talk, no meeting, nothing... not even ceo jayanthra talked to him.. tat ceo made rude junior hr karthickeyan to ask senior hr to leave the company. it was so sad to see him go like tat...
sometimes certificats of relieving employes r given by security man at the gate!!!
employees who r brave bring police relatives and threaten angler and get the certificates. 1 employe complained to commmissioner dat company is not giving his certificates!! dat junior hr came to commisioner office and talked to police. dat employee worked only 1 month. dat hr said dat company trained him for 1 lakhs!!! so he shoud pay dat amount. commisioner asked hr "did you train him in a 5 star hotel for 1 lakh or what??.." commisioner scolded hr to give the certificates right now. police scolded "who is ur ceo? wont he come? i should not see you here anymore!!!"
pls dont join dis cheating company... they spoil everyones life!!!
