My Indane Gas consumer number is [protected] with "Aniket Indane Gramin Vitrak", Jhajra, Dehradun. I had booked the gas refill by calling the distributor on 08th November and they confirmed the booking, but they did not deliver the refill even though I took the follow up number of times. Finally i booked online on 25/11/2021 and when i called the distributor on 26/11/21 they said that the refill will be delivered by 11:30 tomorrow. Unfortunately my gas cylinder ran out today, So, I called them today at 10:30 but they refused for delivery, I requested them like anything... but they won't listen and talked very rudely. Even the distance of distributer/agency is about 200 meters from my society gate. Anyway, I arranged 2 manpower and send them to distributor office at 2:15 but then they returned them and said that it is lunch time from 1:30 to 2:30, now can not give cylinders. Then I left the office myself and went to the agency to get refill.
Hope some responsible officer in INDANE investigate about this problem and ask people how to handel and speak with the customer and
