Regarding the subjected complaint it is sumbitted that i got a call around 3:15 from a person saying that he is calling from SBI Main branch and he wants to confirm the detail of my addar card and my my ATM Pin. So, accordingly i cofirmed these particulars as orignal. Then, just after a minute i got call from SBI that a fraud of Rs. 19999.00 has been made from my above said account number and my card has been blocked. I immediately proceeded to my concerned branch and they told me that my card has been blocked. I gave a written request to the bank manager and the magager assured me to take the action. So, i request yourself to please take the matter at an earlier possible and make a refund of this amount to my above said account number. I shall be highly obliged. Please expedite this matter at an earliest possible so that such a fraud may not occur to any other bank account holder
