There is a newly built house on Nashvilla road, Dehradun, Uttarakhand.(Address:110-Nasvilla road, Dehradun, Uttarakhand) The owner of the house Mr. Charles, has bought a dog. Its a German shepherd and is tied up all day long.Not a single time I've seen that it's not tied.This is cruel and the owner is a li'l stubborn he will never listen to anybody.The dog keeps on barking like puppies do as if it wants to b free.Please take this matter into consideration as soon as possible.I am not able to do anything for that innocent creature and i hate such people who treat animals like crap.
