Dear Mr. Sowmya Narayanan,
My name is Sheela Bhatia, and I am writing to you about a complaint received on a matter of great concern regarding what appears to be instances of animal cruelty within your house.
It has come to my attention that there are actions or practices taking place that raise serious ethical and legal questions regarding the treatment of animals under your care. As a part of an association deeply committed to the welfare of animals, I felt compelled to bring this matter to your attention, trusting that appropriate measures will be taken to investigate and rectify any potential issues.
We do not encourage you to show your rage and anger towards your pet animals causing neglect and ignorance. We take matters of animal cruelty very seriously and this can be a serious punishable offence under sections 428 and 429 of the IPC. Consider this email as a warning and keep in mind the repercussions before repeating such an act.
While I understand that misunderstandings or misinterpretations may occur, I believe that it is crucial for us to ensure the well-being of animals and to address any concerns transparently and responsibly. If any violations are identified, I trust that prompt and effective corrective actions will be taken to rectify the situation. I believe that you would ensure the humane treatment of animals in your care or within your purview. I am open to further discussion or clarification on any aspects of this complaint.
