Anjali Motors Llp (tvs Motors) — Urgent Complaint Regarding Poor Service & Delay in Vehicle Repair TVS IQube S (TS07KD3831)

Dear TVS Customer Support,

I am extremely disappointed with the pathetic service I have received from your authorized service center Anjali Motors LLP, Ameerpet (Ph: [protected]) regarding my TVS iQube S, Registration No: TS07KD3831.

On 30th July 2025, my vehicle completely broke down and was unable to start. I immediately handed it over to the above service center on 31st July 2025. At the time, they assured me that the issue would be resolved within 2 days. However, this has turned into a month-long nightmare.

After repeated follow-ups, on contacting Mr. Hussain (Ph: [protected]), I was told it was a battery issue and would take a maximum of 15 days.

Even after 15 days, my calls started getting ignored and declined.

When I personally visited the service center on 16th August 2025, I was told that the battery was on the way and the vehicle would be ready by the following week.

On 25th August 2025, I again followed up with Mr. Hussain through WhatsApp and was assured that the vehicle would be ready by 26th August 2025 evening. However, when I called for confirmation, my calls were once again ignored and declined.

This is highly unprofessional and unacceptable.

To make matters worse, during service, my vehicle’s windshield was damaged by your staff. I was told by Mr. Rajesh (Ph: [protected]) that it would be replaced once stock was available, but to date, no action or update has been given.

I am paying my EMIs on time, yet I am deprived of the very vehicle I purchased. My iQube has run only 12, 000 km, and as per your commitment during purchase, any battery-related issues are covered under free service up to 50, 000 km. Still, I am being forced to face endless delays, miscommunication, and negligence.

This ordeal has caused me severe inconvenience, financial loss, and mental harassment.

I demand:

1. Immediate delivery of my repaired vehicle without any further excuses.

2. Replacement of the broken windshield at no cost, as it was damaged at your service center.

3. A written explanation from TVS and Anjali Motors LLP regarding this unacceptable delay and mistreatment.

4. A guarantee that such negligence will not be repeated in the future.

If I do not receive a proper resolution at the earliest, I will be forced to escalate this issue to higher authorities, consumer forums, and social media platforms to highlight the poor service standards of TVS.

This is my final request for TVS to act responsibly and resolve the issue immediately.
