I took 6 month homeopathy treatment plan from chembur center that time Dr mohmadi was there as my Homeopathy Dr . In starting 1 or 2 month she was nicely treat also she giving call ... But after some month she was left job . after she was living no one can doing call and also I face some coordination problem I paid 6000 for six month treatment but there was no proper coordination after that my case transfer to Dr anagha she said Rest of month she will coordinate with me but after 1 month I am facing same problem and no improvement in treatment ... My hair fall problem increase day by day ...I don't want to continue my treatment give my refund
I have registered my Mother mrs. Sushila Goel & Me for Homeopathy treatment at Sector 15 Gurgaon of health total at cost of Rs 15000 for four month each to prevent hair loss programme as recommended by Ms Kiran Co-ordinator . She appointed the Mumbai based Doctor Ms. Athithi Taiwade which was so much causal in her approach of treatment inspite we reported her regularly about treament not working fine . They have multiple issues as delayed in delivery of medicine and ineffective medicine Even After two months the hair fall ailment got expedited instead of cured or reduced . They just keep on changing there Homepathy doctor to other Ms, Manisha now . The other doctor Manisha reported the previous doctor was in effective as she didnot given you the medicine of hair fall. and now will start the fresh treatment and our plan need to extend for other six months . We asked them to refund our money as no treatment has been done so far. They bluntly refused to refund the money and were rude in behaviour and Ms Kiran start stopping to pick our phone calls and messages as well . I tried to contact the customer care no. [protected]/[protected] for escalation but surprisingly didnot get any response . These ladies are making fool of public so recommend not to be trapped with them any more in future by anyone..
i paid 16000/- for a 12 week weight loss program with promised weight loss of 8 Kgs. i was able to lose only 5 kgs. Each visit to the clinic ... well the shop is around 1430/- and we are made to buy the products kept nicely at the show-case and they give a scare that if we do not consume these products we are not going to see any progress. Its only a money making place and these so called quacks are out there just to sell the products and meet the sales targets.
i challenge Health Total to prove if they are ethical in healthcare.
