Upon receiving and opening the parcel, the laptop inside was found to be physically damaged. The Inside packaging also showed clear signs of mishandling, including thermocol sheet not available and not mention FRAGILE sticker with mention handle with take care is missing on packaging, which indicates that the damage occurred during transit while under your custody.
