Anju — not feeding /linking mobile number with saving bank a/c

I have submitted an application to gomtinagar phase ii branch to link my mobile no [protected] with saving bank account no [protected] on january 30, 2019 but still waiting for the same. When i visited branch for pursuing the matter with my husband who is an ex officer of rbi mr jhan an officer refused to feed mobile number with saving bank account till february 15, 2019. Submitted for necessary action please.
