Ankit — Amount is not refunded till date

Hi,
I have tried twice doing the payment of my ward. Both times the transaction amount has been deducted from my bank account but the status hasn't been updated and in end, it showed timeout.
I have not received the refund of the amount too.
mentioning below details for your reference.
