My name is Ankit Sanjay Gaikar. I am a resident of Sr No 23/1/1 Sterling Nisarg Phase 3 Flat No 05 Lane no 30/31 B Near Pavan Medical Dhayari Pune 411041. For many months now I and the other residents of my housing society have been subjected to incessant and continuous harassment in the form of non-stop barking of the three (or more) dogs. The dogs, probably on account of neglect and/or abuse, bark continuously day and night (even as late as 3 am), causing us acute distress and disturbance. All our repeated complaints to the I and my neighbors are concerned that if this situation is allowed to continue without any intervention or action by the proper authorities, it will deteriorate further and result in a serious breach of peace as well as an unwelcome law and order situation. The Pune Municipal Corporation is urged to act promptly to alleviate our concerns by immediately by visiting here and instructing them to cease and desist forthwith from harassing us and causing undue distress and disruption in our lives.
