Ankit — poor sanitation

Good day!
I am a resident of palampur, visited civil hospital on 27th of april 2019.
My father has a appointment with dr nirdosh rana, as when we reached there and sat outside the room, you won't believe the urine smell has filled the entire corridor including the waiting room where all patients were waiting for their number. With that unhygienic atmosphere the right person will also become sick. Why there is no one to look after the proper sanitation of the hospital lavatories? Why the hell people paying huge taxes if this kind of facilites are being provided.
Kindly take necessary action regarding the proper cleanliness of the lavatories of the hospital and ensure proper atmosphere inside the hospital.
