Ankur Drugs & Pharma Ltd — non-payment of maturity amount of fd's

That m/s ankur drugs & pharma ltd had issued a public advertisement, calling general public to invest in your fixed deposit scheme. Pursuant to the said public advertisement, i have vide fdr no.2534 invested rs.50, 000/- way back on 29.10.2010.

Also my wife smt kamal vasantrao wasnik has invested rs.100, 000/- vide fdr no.3585 dated 27.11.2010.

My fd was matured on october 2010 and that of my wife’s said fd was matured on 26.11.2013.

Upon maturity of the above fd’s, we have presented our claim for remittance of the maturity amount of fd with interest by submitting the original fds to the company.

There was, however, no response nor payment of maturity amount of fd nor was there any communication from m/s ankur drugs & pharma ltd to us.

After repeatedly approaching m/s ankur drugs & pharma ltd, we have not received the payment from the company till date.

I understand that the company have made a statement before the company authorities that the company have undertaken that the creditors shall be paid amount entire principal amount along with unpaid and future interest @ 8% per annum.

However, we have not heard anything nor our amount on maturity of fd’s is remitted to us.

Yu are requested to pursue our complaint and help us to get our maturity amount of fd’s with interest and oblige.
