Ankush Fabrication Work — he is not giving remaining amount of iron staircase

I sell him a iron staircase at rs.6000 on 7/02/2020 and he gave me rs.2000 and said remaining amount of rs. 4000 will give monday on 10/02/2020. But he didn't give me. Now i am calling on his number so he is not receiving my call he blacklisted my number. Even i called from my parents mobile number then also he is not receiving call and not replying to message. And i don't know his home address so please help me what should i do. I want remaining amount of rs. 4000
