Such a very bad Banking Service, I recommend everyone not to start any Banking Account services from Axis Bank.Without any reason if they are deducting cash from people like this, there is no point in having savings account in Axis Bank.This bank causes more fear and i dont believe in their services.Out of an emergent circumstance my family deposited INR 2, 000 to my account.I got a very very bad regretful feeling at that point of time thinking "why did i have a Savings bank account with Axis Bank".They deducted INR 389 from it and due to my anticipation i tried contacting the customer care and as usual they tried convincing as it is the annual bank charges.And i really dont want to know more about the same thinking that i am not aware about the bank charges .After 1 week i was having an account balance of INR 283. Out of some emergency, i tried withdrawing INR 200 and there comes the printed slip mentioning only 83 in my account. Yea, , 200 got debited by the bank . What the heck! HOW CAN WE TRUST AXIS BANK, C, monnnn and the customer care again plays the show by asking me to wait for 7 working days... Was this information helpful? |
