This email serves as a formal and a final demand for the immediate processing of my refund.
On 17/08/2024, I paid Rs. 16, 000/- for [Job Service] with the assurance that the service would be provided within 45 days.
Despite this assurance, I have waited for 5 months without receiving any service. Due to this severe delay and lack of action, I formally withdrew my application and requested a full refund on 10/02/2025
Since my withdrawal request, I have received no response to my emails. As a result of their company's non-responsiveness and failure to provide the promised service, I have been compelled to file a formal complaint with the relevant Consumer Protection authority for redressal.
