I wrote a letter to Branch manager Kulithalai branch on 25th june 2025. He has no courtesy to reply or respond. Cash collection charges are levied heavily to our school account and I request you to waive the same as we have to remit cash seasonally. Previous managers respected our educational services and your bank stood with us. I am maintaining really a good amount in all my accounts with your branch. Other banks do not levy such charges I am forced to close all my accounts with your branch Hope I will get at least a reply Thank you.
