Anogi Clothing — Her company seems to be fraud

I placed an order with anogii on 10th July and I have made a request for an early delivery of 1 particular article to which she agreed and when the due date was around she ghosted me later she said that it has been shipped. It’s been 13 days to that and I have not received my article. And her policy says she delivers in 25 days. I have not received anything of my article. She doesn’t even reply. She is too busy posting stories but has no time to talk her costumer
