I had placed an order with Anogii in the month of February for 3 products. It has been 7 months and they have neither delivered the products nor they have refunded the money. In following up they don’t respond and when they finally did they lied to their teeth and made up stories. When I asked for a refund they threatened me that my money will be deducted. When I didn’t agree they said I have no choice but to wait. Then my husband sent them and email and they finally asked for the bank details. We sent them the bank details in June but nothing happened. They again went silent. On 29th August they finally said that my money will be refunded in a day but nothing happened and now they have stopped responding again.
Anogii is a fraudulent company and I learned later that they have cheated others as well. Please help me recover my money.
