Anogiicompany_ — Order not delivered after 5 months and when asked for refund always making excuse that it will be refunded next week

I had placed my order on 12Feb 2025 amount of 3700 for 3 articles. After following up multiple times I was told orde was dispatched and then I asked for tracking details since I had not received it. It was after chasing multiple times on insta chat that she said she will refund and I have been following up since 2 months and every time she says Monday, next week and that it will take time. Now she says she does not have funds to refund and instead saying that I am harassing her. What a shocking experience. People should be very of such accounts. Even with so many followers I was duped by them.
