I have ordered a dress from anogiiic on Instagram of value 1500 indian rupees on 13th July 2025. Respective firm people said it will be delivered in 10 buisness days..later lied that it is dispatched when enquired after a month and later said not to bother them about it else take refund which they are not doing at all. She doesn't respond to messages about order once payment is done and very active for taking the orders. It's been 3 months and no refund given at all..the response is also very rude as if we are asking her own money rather than refunding the money that customers have paid upfront when ordered.
