This is Anoop, working as Assistant Vice President at Jio, Vijayawada.
I had registered to sell my car on your platform, after which I received a call from a person named Mr. Jagadesh (Contact No: [protected]). He asked me to pay ?700, assuring that I would receive a follow-up call and assistance for selling my car. However, even after making the payment, there has been no response or support from his side.
This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about fraudulent practices under your platform. Despite his assurance that the amount would be refunded if the service was not delivered, there has been no communication or refund initiated so far.
I request you to take this matter seriously and provide an immediate resolution, including a refund of the amount paid. Failing this, I will be compelled to escalate the issue to the Consumer Court and other appropriate authorities.
