Hi,
Myself Anupam Sharma is one of, Exploited customer Ansal Housing Plam Court Jhansi project. I had booked one 2 BHK flat (E- 502) in AUG 2011 in Ansal Palm Court Jhansi and it was promised to me that the possession will be somewhere in between mid of 2014. When after Oct 2014 it was not delivered I contact again Ansal team and they told us that it will be delivered Now Mid of Next year (2015). Now this duration is also passed it is not delivered to me. In between, I had contacted the Ansal Team (Hridesh & Sushil) member and surprise to know that both are left the company. Because I didn’t live in Jhansi so I can’t get contact with your new team unless I visited again. And as per you new team even the Ansal in nowhere ready to deliver my flat even End of this year. As per them, it will deliver next year but they even don’t know when. I had paid almost all money (except 5 %) and even today I had no clue that when I t will be delivered.
I had server money crisis due to this, all my investment are stuck due to this. I had several others complain which I want to address with your team.
On 21 st Oct 2015 they promise me again that possession will be done Jan-Feb 2016 but this date was again passed.

I reminded him again and they replied after 30 days on 19 May 2016 that possession will be done within 3 months.
but again i waited till august and September and they didn't offer the possession.
