Subject : fraudulent allotment of our residential plots by ahcl (Ansal housing & construction ltd.) in e - block ansal town agra, u. P.
Sir,
It is very disturbing to know of the blatant cheating of innocent customers like us of their hard earned money by the very prestigious ansals housing group company in delhi.
Ahcl changed the size & position of our booked plots leading to exorbitant increase in size and cost of the plots and also imposed unethical interest on us causing undue stress and mental torture and therefore stern action should be taken against them.
We are doctors and have become victims of this company. With full faith and trust in ansals brand, we had purchased 2 plots in ansals town, agra, e-block, no. E-221 & e-222 (Size 109 sq. Yards each, totalling to 218 sq. Yards) in the year 2009/2010. We have already paid upto 90% of the basic amount for both plots at the rate of 5100/sq. Yard amounting to about 10 lakhs with remaining balance being 65000/- for each plot. But later this company changed the size of our plots to 250 sq. Yards each (Total 500 sq. Yards) and more than doubled the cost of our plots and demanded 15 lakhs more for the plots and put an additional interest of 2 lakhs on us. This is an outrageous act of ansals group on innocent law abiding citizens.
We request stern action against this company for doing wrong business and cheating innocent customers of their hard earned money.
We expect full refund of all our hard earned money with interest and compensation for all the mental and physical stress and torture they have given us for this fraudulent activity.
Looking forward to your kind advice, support and quick redressal to this very fraudulent act by ansals housing group on innocent citizens.
