Ansal Mega Mart (Ansalmegamart.com) — Not get refund yet

.sir ... I had purchased Samsung galaxy s5 mini mobaile phone from ANSALMEGAMART they call me on 6 may 2015.i give them money by ceedit card amount of Rs 14699 but cant get my product ..they told me they send my produt but product was damaged so they cant give in sheduled date ..then i told them pls give me Refund my money i dont want your product ..they said yes we give your all money ...but they cant give me still today i send you there email about refund ..pls help me and solve my problem pls i m in very trouble
