Ansal Properties & Infrastructure — Refund and status of my booking

Sir I have booked an apartment at Sushant Golf city Lucknow. Deatils are as under Name : Kumar Abhishek Srivastava customer code : 111255 unit no _- 3002-0-H/GF/01 PARADISE DIAMOND DATE : 24 SEP 2010 PAYMENT PLAN: FULL PAYMENT FINANCED BY : BANK OF BARODA NOW I WANT TO KNOW STATUS OF MY BOOKED APARTMENT BECAUSE MY BANKER IS GIVING ME NOTICE FOR CREATION OF MORTGAGE OTHERWISE THEY WILL PENALISE ME BY EXTRA 2% INTEREST. I am also not getting the benefit of income tax rebate since the comnstruction has not completed within three years as per there rule. Please either refund me money with 10% pa interest (what has been charged by bank in my loan account) or relocate me in a ready to move unit.
