Anshika — Kendriya vidyalaya sangathan- Fee not paid after successful transaction

I had paid the my school fees of my nephew to billdesk by paytm pank from my id [protected]@paytm to [protected]@hdfcbank. The transection was succes full but my school fees is not paid till now.
