I placed an order on 1st january, and i still have not received my order. Now, the website is shut down. They ate my money away. I want a refund!

I think this is a fraud company. I am highly disappointed. I have ordered four articles as seen on the screenshots shared below. And i do not know whom should i approach now.

Does anyone have any idea how to get hold of these frauds? Where more should we complain? How to get the refund? Please help someone.

Hello I gave dress order on 23 December 19 to antgirl and pay the amount, order no 15125, but still now there no delivery and any messages to me . I think they did not gave any contact number, I think it is very fraud site

I placed an order with them on the 29th of december. Payment was claimed by the vendor immediately however the order has still not been delivered. Pls help . Website shows disabled and customer care number says switched off.

I ordered a top worth Rs.235 on 28th December, 2019. I even got a confirmation mail. I payed by online method and I haven't received the product nor the refund. I've been waiting for almost a month and now the website URL is not even available. Even the mails are not being sent to the address they sent the confirmation of order from.

I ordered a top on jan 11 via insta add n still i didnt received it. There was no COD available hence i paid online. Ever since i ordered there was nothing information about the order just got a msg n after that no particular msg about the item. I want my money back
