Antgirlcollection.com — fraud - paid online product not received

Hi,

I have order from the website ant gril collection (Antgirlcollection.com) a kurti worth of 375rs on jan4. (Order 40364)
They have sent a order confirmation mail and sms also saying that order will be delivered by jan 22. I have paid online since no cod option is available.
But till now i did not receive the order, also to contact them their number is switched off and website is not reachable.
Kindly please help. I have attached the order confirmation mail and sms screenshots

Kindly please help in getting my amount refunded.
