I have ordered few clothes from the website “antgirlcollection.com” worth ₹1045 and it was supposed to be delivered to me by 25th january 2020. As soon as the payment was done, the website did not open and the browser showed that it cannot be found.
I also wrote to the payment gateway helpline i. E. Atompay gateway payment through netbanking but they replied that they did not have any information and that they cannot help with the issue.
I hope that submitting a complaint might help.
