I had ordered clothes through antcollection website on Jan 10th, paid the amount and I have not received the product till date. Order number was 49671. I was supposed to receive within 13 to 15 days. I had seen the advertisement on Facebook and hence didn't think twice about the credibility of the website. paid 967 INR for dresses and there is no way that I am able to track it. How would I get the refund of money? What's the procedure to register complaint with Facebook so that they do the due diligence before approving such advertisement in their page?
