I have order on 27 dec, jumpsuit an kurtis, i called them they replied on call that my product will be delivered on 14 jan i have paid online and now no trace of them. Phone going switch off and email idress not found facebook and insta no trace. Order number when checked says no packages. Please help me get my product or money. I have ordered on 30dec.i got msg after that i mailed them regarding status they replied it would take 10 days for dispatch but it's been more than 15 days. So i mailed them again but no response. Number is switched off. I have spent Rs1200 for dresses. Help me get back my money.

Already the payment is made, no update from the company to deliver the product and website shows it doesn't exist.lost my 670rs as it doesn't ask for cod order. Contact number status switched off. Pls help CC .
