Antgirlcollection.com — product not received want refund

I ordered from antgirlcollection.com on 06 january 2020, it was a prepaid order and the product was supposed to get delivered by 13 to days but i have not received the product yet and the number which i received is switched off. I mailed them too but did not receive any reply from them.

Its a fraud website how do i get my money back.
