Ordered 1 dress for rs.340 on 31st december. No cod was available so paid online. Still have not received the order or any response from them. The product is supposed to be delivered on 18/01/2020, also attached the screenshot of the ordered product details and paid details.

Request a refund for order.
I hope that the culprits can be tracked down through the upi id linked bank account.
I would like as quick action as possible into this and justice for the consumers.
