Antgirlcollection.com — product ordered and not received yet

Hi,
I ordered the product from "antgirlcollection.com" on 1st january 2020 and received the message that it will be delivered by 19th jan. But not yet received. When i'm accessing the website it does not exist and the customer care number is not working.

Pls refund my amount or the product
Pls do the needful.
