We have booked a honeymoon package of Maldives in the name of my wife MRS. JUHI PAUL from travel company "ANTILOG VACATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED" in January 2020 for the date 20th-23rd April 2020 for which we have paid advance money of 62, 750/- INR in three instalments having booking id AVB00033310 & AVB0033331 . After that due to covid pandemic all flights and hotel bookings have been cancelled and our Marriage also postponed in that year. After cancellation of honeymoon package from ANTILOG VACATIONS company side, we demanded our money and in response they said that we don't have to worry as we can use our money in future for further booking and they will keep the money as credit as their full assurity. After that our marriage occured in 2021 and after that we faced major surgery of my father in law and my wife also becomes pregnant and we became parents in April 2022. In the meantime we remain in touch with the travel company for the next plan and told about our situations and they assured and increase the time to use our credit money.
In May 2022, me and my wife decided to use our credit money and planned a tour of Maldives with our infant baby October 2022 and contacted the travel company. We asked about new quotation of maldives and told them that we want a budget trip now so give the details of Kaani beach hotel/Arena Beach hotel for 3Night/4Days package. In reply, their executive send the price as 98, 700/- INR for arena beach hotel and 95, 000/-INR for Kani beach hotel for 2 adult & 1 infant excluding the flight package. We find this price is very much high as compared to the price showing on their website. So, i make a fresh query from new mobile number and didn't told about my previous booking. Their executive send me the quotation on 9th june for the 3 Night/ 4 Day package of Arena beach hotel in october month is INR 50, 000/- Only excluding flight package. We are shocked to know they are charging us almost double the price they are giving to new customer as we they have our money and they dont want to give the benefit of our old credit money. After that we revealed that we have old credit of INR 62, 750/- and we want to book package from our old credit and in reply their executive said that she will talk to their seniors first and then she can book the package. So we said ok, tell me ASAP. After their executive started to ignoring in the name of leave, busy schedule, job resignation etc. So, we finally called the executive and ask her what is the problem? She told about her resignation and transfer my case to another executive. We started to talk to the new executive and she gave us the new quotation on 21st june 2022 as Arena beach hotel 78, 500/- INR (3N/4D) and Kani beach hotel at 72, 000/- INR (3N/4D) for the month of october 2022 without flight package. We told her that their previous executive send the quotation of 50, 000/- for Arena beach hotel so why they are charging INR 28, 500/- extra. Then she told us that this is new revised rate. We again ask her to see if the price rate is less in any other date. Then she told me that this is new rate for SEPTEMBER to DECEMBER 2022 and it will not change. We feels very upset and sad about the behaviour of the company and decided to investigate one more time and make a fresh query and asked for a quotation of same hotels in october from another mobile number of our friend. They responded and their executive called us and we asked for the quotation of maldives and asked him to send the details in whatsapp. On 28th june 2022 their executive send the quotation mentioning the price of Arena beach hotel/Kani beach hotel as 49, 500/- INR for Kani beach hotel (3N/4D) and 59, 000/- INR for Arena beach hotel for the month of October 2022 for 2 Adult and 1 infant. We are shocked after hearing this and feels cheated. We also tried to take our money back in May 2022, but they said that they will only pay 50% of our money as their cancellation policy which we didnt cancelled the package on ourself.
We are feeling so much insulted, cheated by the company as they kept our money from last two years and yet instead of giving us good and discounted package they are charging us almost double the package price of what they are offering to new customers.
Please, help us and bring justice.
