Antima Rikh is registered RERA agent in Khargar, Panvel sent her husband Gaurav Rikh with the name of Rahul to Shapoorji Pallonji group in hinjewadi as a channel partner. On 9th Jan 2023, they promised us a cashback of 50000 inr if I book a flat with Shapoorji on that day. I booked it and he made his partner Prakash patel send an email confirming he will send 50000 once he gets payment from Shapoorji group. Antima Rikh, her husband Gaurav Rikh and Prakash patel have not been responding and have asked me to take legal actions as now they do not want to pay any money.
