Antriksh India — Not getting invested amount in scrap project antriksh gold

I, Animesh Ranjan, had booked a flat in upcoming project of Antriksh named GOLD and deposited a cheque of 2 lakhs (Kotak Mahindra Bank cheque no. 000057 dated 25th November 2014). It was taken through Anil Chauhan of Antriksh. After one year I got to know that the project is not approved. I, therefore, requested Anil Chauhan repeatedly by email and phone to refund my deposit amount with cheque bearing my name. Now it's 18 months over and I am still to get any sort of reply from him. Even I included anriksh customer service email i.e. [protected]@antrikshindia.com but no reply. Now I am mentally harassed and don't know what to do and how to get my money back.
