I booked a flat with antariksh sanskriti, tower c flat, indirapuram.
I had purchased this property in 2012 with a commitment of possession in 2014. Being a working middle class individual i was looking forward to the delivery of this flat where i had put in my hard earned savings. I have purchased this property on the points of reputed builder and location but unfortunately these are the only 2 shiny points left in this property which otherwise has not fulfilled any commitments which has been stated at the point of purchase.

From quiet some time now i am regularly visiting the site and meeting your representative mr rohit and on every visit i am been assured every time that in next 6 months we will be able to give the possession although i have always highlighted that the amount of work which is left will not let that happen. As far the payment is concerned i have already made 90-95% payment for my flat. As a working individual its really taking a toll on my financial health and capacity.
I want that this matter be addressed immediately and some action is taken. The state of the towers are quite bad and currently all work seems to be stand still. The office is currently sealed and no construction work is taking place.
